Fun Fun Fun Fest
For the past few years I’ve created a variety of Fun Fun Fun Fest-themed illustrations. They’ve been used in a variety of mediums, from print collateral to t-shirts to stage banners.
Shangri-La Shirts
Shangri-La is one of my favorite bars in Austin and one of the anchors of the east side drinking scene. They’ve been gracious enough to let me throw Misprint parties there in the past (Misprint is the reason pinatas are banned from Shang) and as far as I can recall I’ve never been kicked out of the place. For a couple of their special events I’ve been able to create their free giveaway, the ubiquitous black t-shirt.
Graphic USA
In 2010 I was contacted by Cicada Books to be part of the team of American designers and illustrators to create Graphic USA. I was selected to write and illustrate a min-travel guide about Austin, Texas. I’ve included some select illustrations here. The final books is beautiful, informative and pretty inspiring. You can buy it from Amazon or hopefully your local bookstore.
